New Apple voice phishing scam looks just like a real support call

A new scam by voice phishing targets iPhone users in a new smart way: by giving the impression that calls are coming directly from Apple Support. Brian Krebs announced today that a user, Jody Westby, had received a call from Apple Technical Support asking him to call back. The contact information accompanying the number appeared to be that of Apple Inc. in the call identity screen. When she called the number 866, however, something was clearly not going.
